The results showed an average activation energy for the thermal decomposition evaluated between 87.2 and 103.7 kJ mol -1 . 摘要

扑热息痛(对乙酰氨基酚,N -乙酰基-对氨基酚)是一种具有抗炎作用的解热镇痛药,在巴西被广泛使用。采用热重法(TG)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定了含有活性成分扑热息痛的商品参比、通用和类似药品的活化能和纯度。在5、10和20℃min - 1三种加热速率下,用热重曲线计算活化能,采用Ozawa法。结果表明,热分解的平均活化能在87.2 ~ 103.7 kJ mol -1之间。对DSC曲线上观察到的扑热息痛融合事件应用Van't Hoff方程,参考样品的纯度分别为99.5%、99.3%和99.6%,与通用样品相似。
