The research type is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the study included 50 employees of Pasargad Insurance Company in Mazandaran province, which 44 of them were selected as the sample size using a convenience sampling method. The research tools included Organ and Kanowski Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire (1996) and the researcher-made employee performance questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated at 0.763 and 0.817, respectively using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Face and content validities were used to determine the validity of these tools. To analyze the data, the normality of the data distribution was first examined using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and then the significance of the hypothesis was assessed using Pearson correlation coefficient tests. The results revealed a relationship between organizational citizenship behaviors and employees’ performance.
