The experiment regarded the towing tank of Zhejiang Ocean University as its background, and make full use of the advanced resistance test technology and system. Next the experiment started with the fixed model and the test data are detail analyzed, thus getting the speedability details of the ship model. Furthermore this paper also compare the results of our experiment with that of No.708 Researching Institue and Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. The forecast of ship speedability based on model test
