Research and application on meshless method of radial basis functions 径向基函数无网格法的研究与应用

Meshless method based on radial basis function is a new numerical method. In this paper, the basic theory of meshless method is expounded, and the shape function's structure process of the radial basis function is given, which is used to solve elastic mechanics problems, and the numerical results fit well with its analytic solutions, which indicated that the numeric method has application prospect.

Research on modeling of human-machine hybrid production systems using CPN Tools 基于CPN工具的人机混合生产系统建模研究

This paper treats the massively used man - machine hybrid systems as the research objects and firstly defines their basic color collections and product elements. Then according to the definitions the bottom layer model of the human resource center, dynamic purchase order center, human-computer hybrid work center is established by making use of the CPN TOOLS modeling tool. Also, the top level model of the human-computer hybrid system with multiple products and working centers is built basing on the bottom level model.

Vibration analysis of multi-DIM vibration absorber based on parallel mechanism 基于并联机构的多dim吸振器振动分析

An originality multi-DIM vibration absorption device with single-layer is presented. It uses the parallel mechanism as the main mechanism, associating elastic damping system with the primary component of mechanism. So energy absorption and power adaptive balance can be realized. The vibration analysis of multi-DIM vibration absorber system is done using Lagrange equation. Due to the mass matrix M and the stiffness matrix K of system are the function of the mechanism's position, so it is a complex nonlinear system. It's very difficult to solve exactly for the system. But the natural frequency and modal of system are obtained approximately for the micro-vibration system that the elastic potential energy is more than the gravity potential energy, because the mass matrix M and the stiffness matrix K of the equilibrium location are constant matrix. The calculated result is near to its simulation, so the method can reflect the system's vibration characteristics under the equilibrium state.

Effect analysis after prohibition of pumping groundwater in Su-Xi-Chang area of China 苏西昌地区禁止抽取地下水后的效果分析

Over-exploitation of groundwater has existed before 2000 in Su-Xi-Chang area. From the start of 2000, the program about prohibition of pumping groundwater was implemented stage by stage by Jiangsu provincial government, and the prohibition program was first conducted in over-exploitation area. By the end of 2005, an overall prohibition of pumping groundwater in Su-Xi-Chang was realized and the velocity of land subsidence was slowing down and groundwater table was recovered gradually. According to systematic subsidence monitoring data and observed groundwater table data in the study area in the recent years, the change laws of groundwater table and land subsidence are analyzed before and after prohibition of pumping groundwater, which show there are the tight relationship between recovery of groundwater table and the decrease of land subsidence. Simultaneously, the geological environmental effects were evaluated after prohibition of pumping groundwater. Some countermeasures and proposals are provided for geological environmental protection in the study area.

Numerical simulation of continuous extrusion forming of hollow copper conductor 空心铜导体连续挤压成形的数值模拟

The common extruding method can only fabricate the finite length billet. However, the continuous extrusion forming (CONFORM) can realize the unlimited continuous extruding by the friction force generated from the relative movement between the squeegee roller and ingot. Furthermore, comparing with the common extruding method, the processing flow can be shortened and the efficiency can be improved with CONFORM. For CONFORM process of the hollow copper conductor, deformation resistance and the deformation temperature is very high. In order to ensure the integrity of mould and fabricate the qualified conductor, the metal temperature field, hydro-static pressure and strain rate in the welded-chamber need to be well known. In this paper, the continuous extrusion forming process of the hollow copper conductor was simulated with perfect-plastic finite element method. The effects of height of the welded-chamber on the hydro-static pressure and metal strain rate were analyzed. At the same time, the influences of different mould split ratios on the mould outlet flow rate and hydro-static pressure were studied. According to the numerical results, the optimized mould structure was designed.

Development of a particulate collection instrument for soil wind erosion in the near surface layer 近表层土壤风蚀颗粒采集仪的研制

Wind erosion, a primary cause of soil degeneration, is a problem in arid and semiarid areas throughout the world. Although many methods are available to study soil erosion, there are no effective methods for obtaining quantitative measurements in the field. To address this issue, we developed a new instrument for measuring sand flow, in particular the near-surface sediment distribution of dust weight. The technique also analyzes dust particle size, composition, and organic matter content. In this paper, we describe the construction and underlying principles of this particle collection instrument, which calculates the sand content of per unit volume of air at different heights from the ground. Field experiments are performed using the instrument, and the data are analyzed. Through the collection and measurements of wind erosion particulates in the near surface (0–2m), we found that as the altitude increased from ground level, the content of these materials in the atmosphere was gradually reduced, the particles became thinner, and the amount of organic residue significantly decreased. This method provides a meaningful contribution to the quantitative research of near surface sediment runoff and wind erosion, and has scientific significance for determining the intensity of sediment transport.

The air-side flow and heat transfer characteristics of steel tube brazing snake-like fins for direct air-cooled condenser is numerical simulated with the help of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. The affect between the comprehensive heat transfer performance indicators and the fin height and wind speeds is discussed. The correlation of flow resistance and heat transfer coefficient with the wind velocity were also obtained by fitting simulation results and the verification of numerical results were presented by the comparisons of the numerical results with the designing datas.
