摘要

测定了三峡库区柑桔不同生育期土壤微生物生物量、有机碳(OC)、全氮(TN)和微生物生物量C (MBC)、N (MBN)。结果表明:土壤pH值随柑桔树龄的增加而增加,随柑桔树龄的增加而增加,MBC、MBN、MBC/OC和MBN/TN在土壤中迅速增加,并趋于20年柑桔树龄下含量最高,之后逐渐降低。土壤全氮在20年柑桔立地最低,30年柑桔立地最高。结果表明,柑桔年龄的增加虽然有利于有机质的积累,但20年以前对碳、氮和底物有效度的固定程度最高。
