摘要

为了研究新型圆形射流混合器的流动特性,利用CFD对不同喷嘴间距的圆形射流混合器的三维流场进行了研究。通过射流平面的速度和轴向速度的自相似度等紊流指标来评价不同喷嘴距离对射流性能的影响。结果表明:相对于喷嘴间距较小,较大的喷嘴间距需要较长的射流长度来完成三种射流的组合;得到了轴向速度随喷嘴间距变化的线性方程。喷嘴间距处的速度自相似性为H0/Dj=5,与自由湍流射流相似。多喷嘴湍流的条件也有助于研究CJM内的混合效应。
