摘要

利用商业软件MAGMASOFT™对ZM5壳体充型和凝固过程进行了数值研究。通过优化铸造工艺参数,降低凝固壳的缩孔率。计算结果表明,冷轧铸造过程的模拟结果存在大量缩孔缺陷。优化后的铸造工艺无需冷轧机即可有效消除缩孔缩松缺陷,可有效减少缩孔缩松缺陷。
