摘要

氧化应激损伤在心房重构过程中起重要作用。本研究将探讨快速起搏引起心房氧化应激损伤的机制及白藜芦醇的保护作用。采用快速心房起搏法制备32颗离体兔心脏。随机分为4组:对照组(Ctrl组)、快速心房起搏组(RAP组)、罗布麻素预处理组(APO组)、白藜芦醇预处理组(RES组);每个人有8只兔子。最后采用免疫组织化学、western blotting和反转录PCR技术检测氧化应激指标。
