Numerous researches showed that students in these institutions have a lower motor regime, which inevitably decreases the work capacity, worsening health, and have other negative effects. In this regard, we choose to analyze the motor regime of the students from the pedagogical universities of the Republic of Moldova, and to present some suggestions due to improve of this subject in the above-mentioned institutions. 摘要

摩尔多瓦共和国高等教育机构工作人员的培训问题,包括教育科学领域的工作人员的培训问题,过去和现在一直是专家们关注的焦点。近年来,关于低动力现象的讨论越来越多,低动力现象是一种赤字运动,也是具有教学特色的高等院校的特点。大量研究表明,这些机构的学生运动能力较低,这不可避免地降低了工作能力,恶化了健康状况,并产生了其他负面影响。在这方面,我们选择分析摩尔多瓦共和国师范大学学生的运动制度,并提出一些建议,以改进上述机构的这一主题。其中一个建议是参加关于运动偏好的体育课;此外,去参加一个最喜欢的体育部门,而不是参加体育课。
