The results show that psychological capital and affective commitment to leadership play a mediating effect between e-leadership and employee innovation behavior, and employee power distance weakens the positive impact of e-leadership on employee innovation behavior through psychological capital and emotional commitment. 摘要

领导者对员工创新行为的影响是一个新问题。本研究基于中国关系文化和数字技术现状,参考信息加工等理论,从“自我”和“关系”的角度构建了电子领导对员工创新行为影响的双中介模型,并引入员工权力距离作为边界条件。结果表明,心理资本和领导情感承诺在电子领导与员工创新行为之间起中介作用,员工权力距离通过心理资本和情感承诺削弱了电子领导对员工创新行为的正向影响。本文的研究结论为企业领导者通过提高自己的电子领导水平和理解自己与员工的关系来促进员工创新行为提供了理论依据和实践启示。
