摘要

本研究旨在描述在Peterongan Jombang SMPN 2中,校长在covid - 19大流行期间提高学生学习动机的策略。本研究使用的方法是定性的实地调查(field research)。本研究采用定性描述性研究设计。数据收集技术采用访谈、观察和记录技术。此外,使用定性描述性分析方法进行数据分析,即以书面形式呈现有关数据的数据。结果表明:1)新冠肺炎疫情期间,该校学生的学习动机主要是学习热情、对知识有需求或不受强迫、对未来有抱负或希望、受到礼物或奖励的激励。被有趣的学习所激励。2)在新冠肺炎疫情期间,我校校长提高学生学习动机的策略,即:校长制定积极的学习计划,校长在学校与教师、学生和家长轮流召开会议,了解在线系统学习的情况,给学生增加在家实际操作的作业,对勤奋、不勤奋、不勤奋的学生进行整洁、准确、诚实等定性评价。
