In the initial pH treatment, the media produced total ethanol at pH 4 of 5.15 mL, pH 5 of 5.17 mL and pH 6 of 5.16 mL. 摘要

本研究旨在确定BM1-CP14分离菌生产乙醇的最佳发酵时间和最佳初始pH。本研究共进行5个发酵时间处理(2、4、6、8和10 d),并对发酵培养基进行3个初始pH处理(4、5和6)。本研究分为细胞年轻化、BM1-CP14分离株繁殖、发酵、蒸馏和总乙醇计算几个步骤。最佳发酵时间为10天,总溶固量相差1.07(?%白度),总乙醇产量为5.08 mL。在初始pH处理下,培养基在pH 4 5.15 mL、pH 5 5.17 mL和pH 6 5.16 mL下产生总乙醇,而BM1-CP14菌的pH处理没有影响,因为总乙醇产量几乎相同。
