Quantitative research results show that 5 factors of the proposed rational model have a positive impact on employee satisfaction with extracurricular activities organized at the company, decreasing in order: (1) Nature of extracurricular activities; (2) Rewards, Achievement; (3) Colleagues; (4) Value of extra-curricular activities; (5) Attention of leadership. 摘要

本研究旨在通过访谈270名FPT电信股份公司岘港分公司员工,分析影响员工课外活动满意度的因素。我们通过Cronbach 's Alpha工具、EFA探索性因素分析、相关分析和回归分析对其进行适当调整。定量研究结果表明,提出的理性模型中的5个因素对员工对公司组织的课外活动满意度有正向影响,影响程度由大到小依次为:(1)课外活动性质;(2)奖励、成就;(3)同事;(4)课外活动价值;(5)领导的重视。从那时起,本研究为公司人力资源行政部门制定政策,组织正确的活动,保持和提高员工满意度,促进员工工作质量提出了一些行政启示。
