The operating principles of the proposed inverter are described, and a circuit analysis is provided. This paper presents the simulation results of QSLZSI and compares them with those of the SLZSI and LZSI in detail. Laboratory prototypes are constructed. 摘要

提出了一种新型的z源逆变器——准开关电感z源逆变器(QSLZSI)。该逆变器既继承了传统z源逆变器的优点,又具有电容h桥电路的独特特点:结构简化、元件数量减少、控制策略简化、升压因数更高。介绍了该逆变器的工作原理,并给出了电路分析。这种新型变频器特别适用于可再生能源和电机伺服系统的变频调速。本文给出了QSLZSI的仿真结果,并与SLZSI和LZSI进行了详细的比较。构建实验室原型。实验结果证实了理论分析。
