The aim of the current research was to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the field of medical science education and provide implementation solutions in Zanjan University of Medical Sciences. \nMethods: The present research was carried out qualitatively in two stages in 2021 at Zanjan University of Medical Sciences. At first, a review of literature in Persian and English databases was done, and in the second stage, 21 managers of the university education field were purposefully selected to participate in the expert panel, and then findings were theoretically saturated. 摘要

导言:问责教育的重要性及其在医学大学中存在的必要性是如此重要,以至于医学教育转型和创新一揽子计划的主要政策之一是将卫生系统中响应性教育的方法制度化。目前研究的目的是确定医学教育领域的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并在赞詹医科大学提供实施解决方案。方法:本研究于2021年在赞詹医科大学分两个阶段进行定性研究。首先,在波斯语和英语数据库中进行文献综述,在第二阶段,有目的地选择21位大学教育领域的管理者参与专家组,然后在理论上饱和研究结果。数据分析采用Kruger方法。结果:本研究确定了赞詹医科大学响应式医学教育领域的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并研究了利用现有机会应对挑战的实施策略。结论:基于结果,协调和加强大学不同校长和教职员管理人员之间的共同态度,修订课程和培训计划,在各利益相关方之间形成对医学科学教育责任概念的共同理解,并确定大学内部充分的动机,可以为提高医学科学教育的社会责任提供基础。
