Benefitting from the Schottky contact, the as-realized device shows a fast response under UV light illumination, with the rise and decay time down to 200 ms and 100 ms, respectively. These devices were further examined under various bending conditions, which exhibited a stable and consistent performance with high photo to dark current ratio. Large-area, Fast responding Flexible UV Photodetector realized by a Facile Method
