摘要

本文报道了利用多光谱辐射计直接测量马尼奥特林冠层反射率、荧光强度、荧光、叶绿素发光、冠层水分和冠层温度。木桩选自老马尼奥特esculenta(8-12个月),采用标准程序,在排水良好的肥沃沙土上垂直种植,将木桩的下部推入约5厘米深的山脊。测定了从发芽期到叶片期的生理参数。结果表明,种子萌发期叶绿素色素对辐射的吸收较低,光合作用活性较低,对二氧化碳的吸收也较低。叶片期光合活性较强。
