Thus, evaluate cellular cytotoxicity of resveratrol, desmethyltamoxifen and their combination by the method MTT assay in culture estrogen-dependent breast cancer cells (MCF -7) and estrogen-independent (MDA-MB -231) will allow assess whether resveratrol provides benefits for the treatment of breast cancer.
