Abstract A new genus and species of microphysid bug is described and illustrated from two individuals preserved in Late Cretaceous (Campanian) amber from Alberta, Canada. Popovophysa entzmingeri gen. et sp. nov. is distinguished from its fossil and modern counterparts.
