Results show that the higher level that the students are experienced anxiety, the better reading strategies they will employ. 阅读作为一种重要的输入技能,在教学和学习过程中都是至关重要的。然而,很少有研究者关注英语阅读的研究。因此,本研究试图探讨英语阅读焦虑与阅读策略之间的关系。本研究采用描述性研究方法。在研究中,被调查者完成了采用的问卷。共有358名来自华中地区一所大学文科、理科和工科专业的大一和大二学生参与了这项研究。结果表明,学生焦虑程度越高,他们采用的阅读策略越好。最后,提出教学建议,帮助中国大学生在英语学习过程中减少阅读焦虑,提高阅读策略,提高阅读能力。
