Both E-IT and M-IT meta-structures have the maximum phase self-changing about 50° at a fixed frequency. Interestingly, there is a 180 ° phase-jump in M-IT meta-structure which leads to a total phase change about 180° at any fixed frequency. The relative transmission amplitudes are within -1 dB.
