摘要

研究了一种新的湿法冶金工艺在罗马尼亚巴兰和德瓦矿渣硫硫酸盐浸金中的应用。浸出后金的提取率为85%;此外,根据在实验室规模上获得的结果,利用化学处理电路示意图,概述了一个综合流程图,包括工艺溶液和碳的再循环。在浸出—吸附—解吸—电沉积过程中,金的整体回收率达到75 ~ 80%。开发的综合流程表允许在处理过程中回收试剂,特别是硫代硫酸盐和酒精,每个完整处理回路的损失仅为5-10%。
