This necessitated a theoretical study of the literature, research and studies related to the topic of the current research; In order to reach the philosophical foundations on which the research is based, the research tools and procedures were also presented, which included: preparing a list of appropriate oral expression skills for first-year secondary students, preparing a program based on persuasive thinking to develop oral expression skills for first-year secondary students; This is done through: (determining the objectives of the program - determining the content of the program - determining the educational media specific to achieving the goals of the program - determining the educational activities used when teaching the program - determining evaluation methods - preparing the teacher's guide - preparing student worksheets), preparing a test and a note card related to it. To measure the oral expression skills of first-year secondary students, choosing the two research groups of first-year secondary students (experimental - control), applying the research test and the observation card linked to it first, then teaching the program topics to the students of the experimental group in the light of persuasive thinking, then applying the test and observation card remotely. On the two research groups (experimental and control), and after statistical treatment of the scores of the two applications, the tribal and the post applications, a number of results were reached, which prove the effectiveness of the program based on persuasive thinking in developing oral expression skills for first-year students, and finally, the research presented a set of recommendations and suggestions.
