The Effectiveness of Using the Roundhouse Diagram Strategy in Teaching Analytic Geometry to Develop the Reflective Thinking Skills of Secondary Language Students 圆屋图策略在解析几何教学中培养中学生反思性思维能力的有效性

: The objective of the research is to reveal the effectiveness of using the Roundhouse diagram strategy in teaching Analytic Geometry to develop the reflective thinking skills of secondary language students. To verify the validity of the research hypotheses, the quasi-experimental approach based on the dual-experimental design was adopted. The sample of the research consisted of (60) students of the first grade secondary from Captain Mohamed Mahmoud Abu Seriaa Official Distinctive language school in Cairo Governorate, and was divided into two groups; (30) students for the experimental group and (30) students for the control group. The Measurement instruments included a pre-post reflective thinking skills test on the chosen units, then the data was processed statistically. The research results had come to the effectiveness of using the Roundhouse Diagram strategy in teaching Analytic Geometry to develop the reflective thinking skills of first grade Language secondary students. There was a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the students of the experimental and the control groups at semantic level (0.01) in the post test of reflective thinking skills in favor of the experimental group.Also, there was a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the students of the experimental and the control groups at semantic level (0.01) in the pre-post applied tests of reflective thinking skills in favor of the post applied test.

Hermann's Brain Dominance and its Relationship with Habits of Mind in Classroom Management among Preparatory Stage Teachers 预备阶段教师课堂管理中的Hermann脑优势及其与心理习惯的关系

: This study aimed at exploring the relationship between Hermann's brain dominance and habits of mind in class management for preparatory stage teachers, in addition to examining the difference in the study variables according to the demographic variables, gender (males-females), and the number of years of experience (less than 5 years, 5-10 years, 10-15 years, 15 years or more). The methodology and procedures of the study are based on the comparative descriptive relational approach. The study sample consisted of (107) male and female teachers, whose ages ranged between (25-60) years, with an average age of (39.68) years. Scale of the patterns of brain dominance of the teacher (prepared by the researcher), and scale of the habits of mind of the teacher (prepared by the researcher) were applied to them. One of the most important results of the study that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the patterns of Hermann's brain dominance in its four divisions and some habits of mind among preparatory stage teachers. The results also revealed that the left part of the brain is dominant at the expense of the right part of the brain among preparatory stage teachers, there are statistically significant differences in brain dominance of the humanistic pattern due in favor of females, and there are statistically significant differences in the Hermann's brain dominance patterns (analytical, executive and humanistic) due to the number of years of experience. The results also revealed the prevalence of habits of mind at the expense of other habits among preparatory stage teachers, and there were no statistically significant differences in the habits of the mind (taking responsible risks - thinking about thinking - innovating & imagining & creating - thinking interdependently - gathering data through all senses - perseverance - questioning and posing problems) due to the gender, while there are statistically significant differences in the other habits of the mind in favor of females, and there are no statistically significant differences in the habits of the mind (think and communicating with clarity and precision - innovating & imagining & creating - remaining open to continuous learning - listening with understanding and empathy - questioning and posing problems) due to the number of years of experience.

: The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of a program based on blended learning in developing functional reading skills among Arabic language learners who speak other languages at the intermediate level in the light of their needs. These needs, a guide for the teacher and the student’s book, and a test to measure functional reading skills. The research group was chosen from Arabic language learners who speak other languages at the intermediate level, and it consisted of (16) learners. The research concluded that there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of language learners Arabic speakers of other languages at the average level between the two applications: pre and post to test the functional reading skills _ as a whole_ in favor of the post application, and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of Arabic language speakers of other languages at the intermediate level between the two applications: pre and post to test the functional reading skills _ in each skill separately_ in favor of the post application, and finally the research presented a set of recommendations and proposals related to the research results.

: The research aimed to identify the level of self-awareness of Taif University students with narcissistic manifestation disorder, as well as to reveal the correlation between self-awareness and a sense of psychological emptiness among Taif University students, the researcher used the correlational descriptive approach as the closest approach to the study variables on a sample of (50) students, the researcher used a questionnaire prepared by him on the research sample and the most prominent results reached: The existence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of Taif University students in the dimensions of self-awareness and the total score, the existence of correlation coefficients for the dimensions of self-awareness and the total degree of feeling of psychological emptiness in all dimensions of self-awareness, the absence of statistically significant differences in the dimensions of physical awareness, cognitive awareness, and the total degree among undergraduate students due to specialization, and the existence of statistically significant differences in the dimension of conscience among Taif University students.

Executive Functions as Predictors of Expressive Language among Autistic children 执行功能对自闭症儿童表达性语言的预测作用

: This research aimed to detect the relationship between Executive Functions and Expressive Language, and predict Expressive Language by Executive Functions among Autistic Children, the research sample consisted of (30) Autistic children, and their age is between (6-12) years, with mean (8.10) year, and standard deviation (1.68), they were divided into two equal groups (control-experimental) group (5) Autistic children, The study tools included: Stanford Binet scale (5th ed) (Taha, et al., 2011), Giliam scale for analysis Autism(arabized by/ Mohamed, 2006), social-Cultural level Form for Family (prepared by/ the researcher), Executive Functions Scale for normal and special needs children (El-Shakhas & Morsy, 2013) (edited by/ the researcher), and Expressive Language Scale for Autistic children (prepared by/ the researcher), the research used the descriptive approach, the research results revealed that there is a positive correlated relationship between Executive Functions and Expressive Language among Autistic Children, and there is a predictability of Expressive Language by Executive Functions among Autistic Children.
