The Manpower Office, which has 64 employees, is a government-owned company that provides work program services needed by the community. The phenomenon related to Self-Efficacy is that not all employees of the Manpower Office are confident in their own abilities and understanding in carrying out their work. The purpose of this study was to determine self-efficacy, work motivation, job satisfaction, and determine the magnitude of the influence of self-efficacy and work motivation on job satisfaction in the Department of Labor, Bandung. The method used in this research is the association strategy approach through correlation test, regression, t test and kd test for each variable. The results showed that the employees of the Bandung City Manpower Service had high levels of self-efficacy, very high work motivation, and very satisfied job satisfaction. Self-efficacy and work motivation are positively related to employee job satisfaction, meaning that when an employee believes in his abilities, the employee will be increasingly motivated to give his best performance in the company in order to get high job satisfaction. There is a significant influence between self-efficacy and work motivation on job satisfaction of 49.4%. This means that the higher the level of self-efficacy and work motivation of an employee, the higher the job satisfaction of the employee. \nKeywords: self-efficacy, work motivation, job satisfaction, Bandung city manpower office, employees \nAbstrak. Dinas tenaga Kerja yang pegawai nya berjumlah 64 orang ini adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di lingkungan pemerintahan yang menyediakan layanan jasa program kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Fenomena terkait dengan Self-Efficacy yaitu tidak semua pegawai dinas tenaga kerja yakin akan kemampuan diri sendiri dan pemahaman dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui self-efficacy, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan mengetahui besarnya pengaruh self-efficacy dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di dinas tenaga kerja kota bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitudengan pendekatan strategi asosiasi melalui pengujian korelasi, regresi, uji t dan uji kd masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pegawai dinas tenaga kerja kota bandung memiliki tingkat self-efficacy yang tinggi, motivasi kerja yang sangat tinggi, dan kepuasan kerja sangat puas. Self-efficacy dan Motivasi Kerja berhubungan secara positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, yang artinya ketika seorang pegawai yakin akan kemampuan yang dimilikinya pegawai tersebut akan semakin termotivasi untuk memberikan performa terbaiknya di perusahaan agar mendapatkan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 49,4%. 摘要

Pengaruh Self-Efficacy dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Bandung
