THE MEDIATING ROLE OF AFFECTIVE COMMITMENT AND POLICY IMPLEMENTATION IN IMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE OF BUMDES 情感承诺和政策实施对提高布姆迪斯绩效的中介作用

This research aims to examine how leadership influences the performance of BUMDes Directors, mediated by Affective Commitment and Policy Implementation. BUMDes is a strategic business entity for the economic development and welfare of village communities.The study surveyed 253 advanced-category BUMDes directors in Riau Province, using SEM-PLS analysis. The findings indicate that leadership has a significant positive influence on Affective Commitment and Policy Implementation by the directors. Effective leadership shapes directors' affective commitment and encourages active participation in policy implementation and goal achievement. Leadership also directly influences BUMDes director performance, mediated by Affective Commitment and Policy Implementation. These findings highlight the vital role of leadership in enhancing BUMDes director performance through affective commitment and policy implementation. The research implications can guide decision-making and policy improvement related to BUMDes, as well as contribute to literature on the role of BUMDes in sustainable village development.

EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL BANKING FACTORS ON THE INTERMEDIATION FUNCTION OF STATE-OWNED BANKS 国有银行中介功能的外部和内部银行因素

This research aims to analyze external and internal factors on the intermediation function of state-owned banks. The method used is Autoregressive Distributed Lag with time series data for 2008 - 2022 for two research models, namely Third-Party Fund Growth and Credit Growth. The research results show that external and internal factors influence the growth of third-party funds, namely that in the long-term inflation has a significant negative effect, BI rate and Economic Growth have a significant positive effect. In the short term, inflation and economic growth have an insignificant positive effect, BI-rate has an insignificant negative effect. In the model of external and internal factors that influence credit growth, it is known that in the long term, the growth of third-party funds, BI-Rate, and Economic Growth have a significant positive effect, CAR, NPL, and Inflation have a significant negative effect. In the short term, the growth of third-party funds, CAR, NPL, BI-rate, and Economic Growth have an insignificant negative effect, while inflation has a significant positive effect.

Due to competition, universities in the Bandung Raya metropolitan area have integrated digital marketing into their curricula. This unique study investigates variables not previously explored in private universities. It aims to guide educational institutions in enhancing digital marketing strategies to attract prospective students. Digital marketing effectiveness is evaluated based on market attractiveness, target market, and resource uniqueness. SEM analysis reveals that Market Attractiveness directly influences by 11.88% and indirectly by 6.54% through Target Market and 6.67% through Resource Uniqueness. Resource Uniqueness also impacts indirectly by 6.67% via Market Attractiveness and 5.85% via Target Market, and directly by 12.95%. The Target Market shows a direct effect of 11.36%, with indirect effects of 5.85% through market attractiveness and 6.54% through resource uniqueness. This study innovatively links and refines these five concepts.

Increase production capacity, quality of production machinery, and capital for financial rating. The conclusion that the strategy carried out is with the worst scenario, because it does not guarantee that a business will be sustainable, because even though single consumer. The novelty in article, most of approach riset strategy company have face more customer, whereas this article contains a study that is to a single customer with the characteristics of a Government Company, so Porter's theory of competitive strategy does not become relevant to this type of Kwh Meter business, whereas many companies are modeled as supplying to a single customer.

GENDER DIVERSITY AND FINANCIAL DISTRESS: EVIDENCE FROM NON-FINANCIAL COMPANIES IN INDONESIA 性别多样性与财务困境:印度尼西亚非金融公司的证据

This research aims to empirically test the influence of board gender diversity on the likelihood of financial distress in non-financial companies in Indonesia. The percentage of women on the board of directors and board of commissioners is used as a proxy for the board gender diversity variable. Financial distress is measured using the Altman Z-score ratio. 2553 total observations were used from 2018-2022 to measure the effect of board gender diversity on the likelihood of distress. The results of logistic regression show that the presence of women on the board of directors and board of commissioners reduces the possibility of financial distress. The research results also show that the increase in supervision is directly proportional to the number of members of the board of directors and board of commissioners. The results of these findings can be input for decision makers regarding regulations on the number of women in company top management.

This study determines the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with satisfaction and trust as mediating variables in Indonesia sharia banks during the Covid-19 pandemic period. This study used 300 respondents of sharia bank customers in Indonesia. The data were analyzed using a partial least square with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. Service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive effect on trust, satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty, trust has a positive effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, and trust is able to mediate the effect of service quality on loyalty. This study adopts two mediating variables, namely satisfaction and trust in the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. The results present partial mediation of satisfaction on the influence of service quality on customer loyalty and partial mediation of trust on the influence of service quality on customer loyalty.

This study used 300 respondents of sharia bank customers in Indonesia. The data were analyzed using a partial least square with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. Service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive effect on trust, satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty, trust has a positive effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, and trust is able to mediate the effect of service quality on loyalty. This study adopts two mediating variables, namely satisfaction and trust in the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. The purpose of this research is to determine the results of human capital, organizational commitment,work motivation and employee performance, to determine the magnitude of the influence of human capital, organizational commitment, on motivation and its implications for employee performance. The method used is descriptive and verification. Determining the sample in the research used the Slovin formula so that a sample of 104 respondents was obtained. Findings: result found human capital, organizational commitment, work motivation and employee performance were poor. And using Path Analysis, the results obtained show that there is an influence of human capital,and organizational commitment on motivation partially or simultaneously, as well as the influence of work motivation on employee performance.
本研究的目的是确定人力资本、组织承诺、工作动机和员工绩效的结果,确定人力资本、组织承诺对工作动机的影响程度及其对员工绩效的影响。采用的方法是描述和验证法。在确定研究样本时使用了斯洛文公式,因此获得了 104 个受访者样本。研究结果:结果发现人力资本、组织承诺、工作动机和员工绩效都很差。通过路径分析,结果表明人力资本、组织承诺对工作动机有部分或同时的影响,工作动机对员工绩效也有影响。

Career development prioritizes the establishment and improvement of individual skills and talents, as well as a sense of self-actualization for the exploration of present and future potential. Although this phenomenon is a method to promote work engagement, people still mostly approach companies that are unable and unwilling to provide them with the opportunity to grow and develop. This shows that the absence of career development support promotes employees’ disengagement, as well as affects their team and the entire company. Therefore, this study aimed to propose a social exchange theory in establishing the effects of career development support on work engagement, using organizational commitment and workplace social capital as mediation and moderation, respectively. It was conducted at the Bank Muamalat Indonesia in Jakarta, using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model. The results showed that career development support was able to increase work engagement and strengthen the relationship between employees and the company through organizational commitment. In this case, the higher tendency for employees to want, need, and feel obligated to stay in the company subsequently promoted vigour, dedication, and absorption, regarding increased work engagement characteristics. Organizational commitment was also able to partially mediate the relationship between career development support and work engagement. Meanwhile, workplace social capital was unable to increase work engagement, although strengthened its relationship with career development support.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Serving Leadership, Compensation, Work Environment, on Tension and Affective Commitment and its implications on the work of STIE in Medan City, North Sumatra Province. The research method used is associative research, which is research conducted with the aim of determining the relationship or influence of more variables, namely the influence of independent variables on dependent variables using intervening variables. This research uses quantitative data sourced from primary, secondary and tertiary data. The data collection technique carried out is by interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the study stated that there is a significant influence between Servant Leadership, Compensation, Work Environment, on Tension and Affective Commitment and its implications on Serving Leadership, Compensation, Work Environment, on Tension and Affective Commitment and its implications on Serving Leadership.
