摘要

本研究评价了β-羟基-β-甲基丁酸酯(HMB)对久坐大鼠体重及白、红肌纤维形态的影响。29只雄性大鼠分为:初始对照组(ICG) (n = 5),在研究开始时安乐死,三个治疗组(n = 8):安慰剂对照组(PCG)给予生理盐水4周;试验组(EG)每天添加0.3 g kg -1 HMB,并控制饮食;试验组(EGA)每日随意饲喂HMB 0.3g kg -1,不限制食物。治疗组之间的食物摄入量和体重没有差异。对于EDL肌,处理组与ICG组不同。在比目鱼肌方面,各组间无差异,仅EGA与ICG有差异。数据也没有显示食物摄入量和体重之间的相关性。HMB没有改变EDL肌纤维的体重和形态。然而,HMB联合自由摄食能够改变比目鱼肌纤维的形态。
