It also finds significant inter-city housing price spillovers in first-tier urban agglomerations in which a housing price surge in first-tier cities has an inverted U-shape relationship with entrepreneurship in surrounding cities. 摘要

本文旨在探讨高房价对中国城市的创业是利还是弊。利用2003 - 2016年中国地级及以上城市的面板数据,本文发现房价与城市企业家精神之间存在倒u型关系。研究还发现,一线城市群的房价存在显著的城市间溢出效应,一线城市房价的飙升与周边城市的创业行为呈倒u型关系。本研究的实证结果对中国政策制定者在房地产市场发展中采取谨慎、平衡的态度具有警示作用,对中国超大城市群的规划与治理具有重要的政策启示。
