摘要

本研究旨在探讨知识管理与学习型组织对坦格朗高中员工绩效的影响。研究数据收集自180名受访者填写的问卷,采用的方法是定量研究方法,采用结构方程模型(SEM)分析,统计工具SmartPLS 3.0。结果表明,知识管理对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。此外,学习型组织对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。本研究建议企业继续关注知识管理和学习型组织的应用,使其有效运行,以提高橘子郎高中员工的绩效。
