摘要

由于无缝管加热炉系统管坯具有多变量、非线性、大滞后、交叉耦合等特点,对管坯出口温度的预测和控制一直是工业领域的难题,也是影响无缝管质量的主要因素。在主成分分析法的基础上,提出了TLPCR法,并利用该方法建立了预测管坯最终温度的模型。最后,结合宝钢的实际生产数据对模型进行了验证。通过校核和误差分析表明,模型的预测误差能够满足工业应用的精度要求。
