The results wereanalyzed with Mixed ANOVA. \nResults: As a result of the analysis, this group counseling program was effective in improving theinterpersonal skills of colleagues and managers of elementary school teachers who were psychologicallyexhausted, and as a result of the content analysis, participants in the experiment responded positivelyto the effectiveness of the program. The Development of a Group Counseling Burnout Program for Elementary School Teacher’s Interpersonal Competence with Colleagues and Managers
