摘要

摘要目的:本研究旨在开发团体辅导方案,以改善心理疲惫的小学教师的同事与管理者的人际交往能力,并验证其效果。方法:对全国350名小学教师进行心理倦怠(TBI)测试,并从75名教师中选取10名在教学权危机≥区表现为中等风险(t65)及以上的学生作为实验组和对照组。结果采用混合方差分析。结果:经分析,本小组辅导方案对心理疲惫的小学教师的同事及管理者的人际交往能力有改善效果;经内容分析,实验参与者对小组辅导方案的效果反应积极。此外,在同伴与管理者人际交往能力子领域中,除人际冲突外,在第一关系、权利主张、自我开放和情感支持方面存在显著差异。结论:本研究所开发的专案,对于改善心理疲惫的小学教师的同事与管理者的人际交往能力,有较好的效果。
