Multicultural awareness must be instilled and become a part of human consciousness in various aspects of life. One of the roles of education is to foster multicultural awareness as an effort to minimize the problems of school-age children. Multicultural education is an alternative to learning in the educational process that helps individuals grow and develop according to their cultural context and environment so that the learning process does not deprive individuals of the experience of everyday life. The purpose of this study was to explore multicultural education practices to foster a sense of respect for differences. 摘要

从印度尼西亚人民的角度来看,多元文化问题多年来一直存在,其根源在于群岛的多样性。多元文化意识必须被灌输,并成为人类生活各个方面意识的一部分。教育的作用之一是培养多元文化意识,以尽量减少学龄儿童的问题。多元文化教育是教育过程中学习的一种替代,它帮助个人根据其文化背景和环境成长和发展,使学习过程不剥夺个人对日常生活的体验。本研究的目的是探讨多元文化教育的实践,以培养尊重差异的意识。研究结果表明,影响研究的主要因素有:1)多元文化教育源于教育者的理想主义;2)多元文化教育在成长型学校中通过即贯式开展;3)贡献法、加性法、转化法和社会行动法。
