摘要

提出了大型客机供应链弹性策略的优化模型。建立了大型客机供应链弹性分析的质量功能部署框架,并基于概率语言术语对关键参数进行了表征。然后,基于QFD框架的输出,构建了考虑随机扰动的供应链弹性策略优化模型。以大型飞机驾驶舱控制显示模块供应链为例,说明了模型的应用步骤和可行性,结果表明,改变供应链管理职责,对供应商实行分级管理,寻求协调实施库存管理模式,完善风险前识别系统,对增强供应链弹性具有突出作用。不同策略的组合确实可以增强预算约束下的供应链弹性。
