This study amid to show the effect of PCOS and obesity on a number of biochemical parameters in serum of 70 patients which age ranged (15-45) years attending Al-khansa hospital and private laboratories in Nineveh governorate They were diagnosed as PCOS by gynecologists, obstetricians and infertility doctors, 50 of healthy female with the same ages of patient were used as a control group for comparison. The results showed significant increase (P≤0.01) in concentration of Glucose, Insulin, Insulin resistance HOMA-IR, Triglyceride, Cholesterol, Low density lipoprotein LDL, very low-density lipoprotein VLDL, with non-significant decrease in High density lipoprotein HDL compared to control group. 摘要

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄女性最常见的内分泌疾病之一,与代谢紊乱、氧化应激和不孕症有关。本研究旨在探讨在尼尼微省Al-khansa医院和私人实验室就诊的70例(15-45岁)经妇科、产科和不孕不育医生诊断为多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的患者和肥胖对血清多项生化指标的影响,并选取50例与患者年龄相同的健康女性作为对照组。结果显示,与对照组相比,葡萄糖、胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗HOMA-IR、甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白LDL、极低密度脂蛋白VLDL浓度显著升高(P≤0.01),高密度脂蛋白HDL浓度无显著降低。肥胖型PCOS (BMI>30)患者与非肥胖型PCOS (BMI<30)患者的血清上述参数比较,肥胖患者上述参数明显高于非肥胖患者(P≤0.05)。
