摘要

采用浇铸法制备了不同厚度的(PVA- cocl2)薄膜。制备的薄膜厚度分别为15、25、35和45µm,并测量了薄膜在190 ~ 900 nm波长范围内的透光率(T %)。结果表明:薄膜的吸收系数为α [104] (cm -1),薄膜表现出间接允许跃迁,在(15µm)、(25µm)、(35µm)和(45µm)的光能隙分别为(4.31 eV)、(4.51 eV)、(4.68 eV)和(4.72 eV)。计算了介电常数的实部和虚部,并与厚度相关。
