The antioxidant activity of methanol extract was tested with DPPH, iron chelating, total phenol and total flavonoid content assays. Cytotoxicity and apoptosis were evaluated on MCF-7 breast cancer and PC3 prostate cancer cell line. Antimicrobial activity were evaluated by a microdilution method on five microorganisms. The obtained results of the present study revealed that methanol extract of H. thymbrifolium, H. perforatum and H. thymopsis have significant antioxidant, cytotoxic activity. 摘要

研究了贯叶金丝桃、胸腺金丝桃和胸腺金丝桃空中部位甲醇提取物的体外抗氧化活性、抗阴道毛滴虫活性、抗菌活性和细胞毒活性。采用DPPH、铁螯合、总酚和总黄酮含量测定法测定甲醇提取物的抗氧化活性。研究了MCF-7乳腺癌和PC3前列腺癌细胞的细胞毒性和细胞凋亡。采用微量稀释法对5种微生物进行抑菌活性评价。本研究结果表明,胸腺草、贯叶草和胸腺草甲醇提取物具有显著的抗氧化和细胞毒活性。该结果为进一步开展植物化学和生物活性研究提供了基础研究数据,为鉴定和分离潜在的药物活性化合物提供了指导。
