摘要

目的是了解照顾者对在家中进行护理的学习需求的看法。这是一项探索性描述性研究,采用定性方法。2014年8月至10月,通过半结构化访谈收集了数据,访谈对象是南里奥格兰德州圣玛丽亚市一家中型医院住院患者的6名护理人员。采用内容分析法对数据进行分析,将数据分为两类:照顾者对学习需求的感知;照料者学习需求的满足。研究表明,学习基于经验,本能和观察的方法,没有护士参与的过程。有必要改进这种学习。护士作为教育者参与教育行动的计划、组织和发展,因为他/她是护理的一部分;然而,护理人员并不认为这是专业的。
