Results: The heavy metal content of 4 seafood samples met the limit of national standard GB2762-2022. 摘要

目的:对佛山市浦军市场食用海产品重金属含量进行分析评价。方法:选取佛山市浦军市场常见的4种海产品(Metapenaeus ensis、Mantis shrimp、Ruditapes philipparum、Monetaria moneta (Linnaeus))。用ICP-MS法测定了重金属铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)和总砷(As)的含量。检测结果按照国家标准《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》(GB2762-2022)进行评价。结果:4份海产品样品重金属含量均符合国家标准GB2762-2022的限量要求。结论:佛山市浦君市场销售的海产品未发现重金属污染。
