Diets were fed from day 1 to 28 to study serum biochemistry. Birds in general showed anorexia, dullness, diarrhoea, depression in body weight, poor feathering and incoordinated movements. 摘要

试验选用1日龄鹌鹑雏鸡300只,分为对照(CX)、伏马菌素B1 (FX)、赭曲霉毒素A (OX)和复方(FO) 4组,每组75只,每组3个重复。对照组(CX)单独饲喂鹌鹑醪,FX组(FB1)饲喂200 ppm的黄斑镰刀菌培养材料中的伏马菌素B1 (FB1);OX组饲喂2 ppm赭曲霉NRRL-3174产赭曲霉毒素A;FO组饲喂200 ppm FB1和2 ppm OTA的组合饲料。饲喂第1 ~ 28天,研究血清生化。鸟类普遍表现出厌食、迟钝、腹泻、体重下降、羽化不良和运动不协调。在我们的研究中观察到血清肌酐和尿酸值明显升高。
