Software and hardware implementation schemes are also designed. The software part is implemented by using $\\mathbf{VC}++\\pmb{6.0}$ soft platforms, and the hardware signal processing circuit board is realized by FPGA. The communication of software and hardware is realized via the serial ports. The simulator has been applied in the R&D process of the satellite navigation system successfully, and it possesses the fundamental function of a simulator. Besides, the simulator can simulate the Doppler Effect Shift in the frequency of Satellite Signal.
