Content Analysis of Communication Used by the Pharmaceutical Companies on Facebook
This article deals with the issue of online communication of the pharmaceutical companies in Slovakia and their customer communication on Facebook. We used content analysis as our method of investigation and we applied it on the posts from spring 2017.
