Purpose: In addition to the known etiological and predisposing factors of urethral stricture, we aimed to examine unknown and not clearly defined factors. Materials and Methods: Medical records of 317 patients who underwent visual internal urethrotome (VIU) surgery in our clinic between 2017 and 2022 were retrospectively reviewed.
