Finally, the fuzzy PID controller of the stepping motor is designed. The experiment shows that the fuzzy PID control scheme is better than the traditional PID control scheme. After the rationalization of the system, the quality robustness of proactive planning is improved obviously. 摘要

本文在前人对生产线自动化研究的基础上,在原有生产线自动化设备的基础上进行了进一步的研究和进一步的设计开发。本文对自动化生产线进行了总体设计,对自动化生产线中的各个系统进行了优化,淘汰了落后的仪器,然后应用了一些更先进、更方便的仪器。然后,分别对自动生产线的硬件和软件进行了研究,重新开发了人机交互模块和实时主控电路模块,并将电动轴应用于自动生产线。最后,设计了步进电机的模糊PID控制器。实验表明,模糊PID控制方案优于传统PID控制方案。系统合理化后,主动规划的质量鲁棒性明显提高。然后对电主轴进行了温度测试。
