In this study, the sample used was the employee of BPK Representative Bali. The sampling technique in this research uses nonprobability sampling technique, which is saturated sampling. The number of respondents used in this study is 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test. The results showed that emotional intelligence affected the performance of employees at the Bali Representative BPK and work stress negatively affected the performance of employees at the Bali Representative BPK. Emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y), which can be seen in the regression coefficient b₁X₂. 摘要

本研究旨在确定情绪智力对BPK Representative Bali员工绩效的影响,找出工作压力对BPK Representative Bali员工绩效的影响,找出情绪智力和工作压力对BPK Perwakila Bali员工绩效的影响。在本研究中,使用的样本是BPK代表Bali的员工。本研究的采样技术采用非概率采样技术,即饱和采样。本研究中使用的受访者数量为100名受访者。本研究使用的分析技术是多元线性回归分析,使用t检验进行假设检验。结果表明,情绪智力影响员工在巴厘岛代表BPK的绩效,工作压力负向影响员工在巴厘岛代表BPK的绩效。情绪智力对员工绩效(Y)有部分正向显著影响,从回归系数b₁X₂可以看出。情商(X₁)和工作压力(X₂)。
