摘要

为评价机床的精度可靠性,提出了一种考虑加工误差超出公差的精度可靠性评价方法,并给出了准确的数学描述,实现了不同加工负荷下加工精度的定量评价。在此基础上,分析了精度保持的基本内涵和数学模型,研究了不同加工载荷对精度保持的影响。最后,通过实验检测了机床在不同载荷下加工误差的变化规律,完成了机床精度可靠性和保持性的定量评价,验证了所提方法的有效性。
