摘要

针对高斯过程回归模型,提出了一种新的参数估计算法。结果表明,GPR模型与(i)积分平方误差和(ii) Kullback-Leibler (K-L)散度的概率距离测度的积分是解析可处理的。提出了一种利用黄金分割搜索迭代估计核宽度的高效坐标下降算法,该算法将快速梯度下降算法作为内环来估计噪声方差。通过数值算例验证了新识别方法的有效性。
