摘要

吖啶橙的非荧光二聚体在阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的存在下原位形成。与AOAO相比,用吖啶橙二聚体(AOAO)标记的蛋白质具有显著增强的荧光活性。在此基础上,研制了一种快速灵敏的蛋白质荧光探针。该方法的线性范围为0.66 ~ 39.8µg mL-1。对于人血清中蛋白质的检测,该方法的测定值与传统的考马斯亮蓝(CBB)法接近,但灵敏度远优于CBB法。BSA的检出限为0.08µg mL-1。
