Numerical results are obtained and displayed graphically with the help of MATLAB software. 摘要

本文重点研究了具有温度依赖性的半导体纤维增强各向异性介质中的光热弹性相互作用。利用广义热弹性的双相滞后理论,在光热输运过程中对该模型进行了研究。控制方程描述了弹性热波和等离子体热波之间的相互作用。采用正态分析得到了所研究的物理场的精确表达式。在介质的外自由表面施加机械载荷,以获得位移、应力、温度和载流子密度分布的完整解。利用MATLAB软件进行了数值计算,并以图形化的方式显示了结果。从本文的研究中推导出一些值得注意的特殊情况,并对不同的热弹性理论进行了比较。
