摘要

本研究利用800头皮洛特改良羊,分两个泌乳期(I和II)和两个泌乳季节(I -冬季和II -夏季)。考察了各因素对产奶量、脂肪含量、蛋白质含量、pH值、体细胞计数和微生物总数的影响。产奶量控制采用AC法(ICAR, 2005)。经确定有显著影响(p0.05)。微生物总数(CFU)也不依赖于泌乳次数(P > 0.05)。第二季绵羊产奶量为6.75 kg (P < 0.05),微生物总数较高(P < 0.01)。第二季乳汁中体细胞数也显著增加(P < 0.01)。
