Perubahan perilaku dan sikap juga berlangsung pesat pada masa remaja, salah satunya adalah meningginya emosi yang intensitasnya bergantung pada tingkat perubahan fisik dan psikologis yang terjadi (Hurlock, 2003). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran video tutorial mengenai cara mengelola emosi marah yang ditujukan untuk kelas X di SMK Cipta Karya. Jumlah populasi penelitian terdiri dari 3 kelas X. Sampel yang diambil pada penelitian sebanyak 67 peserta didik. Peneliti menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan Research and Development (RnD) menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Video tutorial yang dikembangkan berdurasi 29 menit dan terbagi dalam 3 sesi. Hasil penilaian ahli media sebesar 95%, ahli konten 1 96%, ahli konten 2 75%, minat peserta didik 89,5%, dan capaian kinerja 90%. Hasil dari pengembangan video tutorial cara mengelola emosi marah dikategorikan sangat baik. \n \nKata Kunci: Pengembangan, Model ADDIE, Mengelola Emosi, Marah. \n \n \n \nAbstract \n \nAdolescence can be said to be a transitional period. Changes in behavior and attitudes also take place rapidly in adolescence, one of which is elevating emotions whose intensity depends on the level of physical and psychological changes that occur (Hurlock, 2003). This study aims to produce a tutorial video as an instructional media about how to manage angry emotion designed for the 10th grade students of Cipta Karya Vocational High School (SMK) Jakarta. Study population consists of 3 classes of 10th grade. Samples were taken from 67 students. The researcher used saturated sampling. The research method used is the Research and Development (RnD) method using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation) model. The developed tutorial video divided into 3 sessions with 29 minute duration. The formative evaluation conducted by the media expert is 95%, content expert 1 is 96%, content expert 2 is 75%, the students assessment about media interest is 89,5%, and the students assessment about learning attainment is 90%. 摘要
